A claimant has the Right to inspect per the IRISA act. I'm supposed to be getting all records and info from the insurance co. on my claim--they send it by mail. My question is this: shouldn't a claimant have access on the internet to said Insurance Co.'s files and records in there data base concerning their claim? It seems to me it would be the only way to hold them accountable on all the info concerning the claimant. Lord knows that insurance companies rank right up there with the used car salesman.
