The following discounts will be given to Ohio auto insurance policyholders:
Policyholders who insure both their home and auto with Farmers receive a 30 percent discount. Those auto policyholders who pay their policy in advance will receive a 10 percent discount. Automobile policyholders who meet certain claims-free and safe-driver criteria will receive a 9 percent discount.

The state’s homeowners will also see savings on their Farmer’s policies with a 5.9 percent reduction. The decreases will vary by location, the company said, and in a few areas customers would see discounts as high as 69 percent.
