
The homeowners’ insurance version has been tested in one state and will soon be tested in two other states. The planned nationwide rollout is slated for early 2007 according to Allstate CEO Edward M. Liddy.
Liddy claims more than 1 million customers have purchased the Your Choice auto program and he hopes the program changes customers’ focus from price to features and values. In addition to the new program rollout Allstate is investing around $100 million in its claims management systems.
