Dynamic helps commercial real estate owners, developers and property managers prepare for potential damage to their structures. Pre-arrangements need to be made in preparation for a hurricane so that the following resources can be made available, “large-scale drying equipment, technical expertise, moisture mapping, infrared cameras and industrial generators.”
Enrollment in the program is free but a $10,000 deposit is required “which is refundable and interest bearing if a catastrophe never hits.” According to the president of Dynamic Restoration, Ed Weingartner, Dynamic Restoration is able to guarantee a 24-hour response time by proactively assembling and mobilizing hundreds of men and machines, and underselling their product.”
According to their website www.dynaimc24-7.com they offer their services in three categories, commercial, large loss and catastrophe. This type of service would seem to me a much needed part of hurricane prone areas. Buildings destroyed by Hurricane Katrina could have used a little help from Dynamic Restoration.
