InsureUOnline.com Offers Educational Path For Families
Insureuonline.com is a site sponsored by The National Association Of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), naic.org.  I wrote about this organization in an earlier post

This site gives consumers the chance to learn more about insurance in regards to their specific situation.  They offer courses for young singles, young families, established families and empty nestors.  Within each section you have four types of insurance courses on auto, home, health and life.  Click on any of those topics and a new window pops up with information about that topic.  Once you have read all four sections then you can take a quiz.  That is if you are up for taking a test.

The site is a great idea for those of us who are seeking out more insurance information about our situation.  The site also has many consumer alerts put out by the NAIC about identity theft, Medicare, annuty sales to Seniors, how to be “claim smart”and many more topics.

That is good stuff as most web sites are actually trying to sell insurance and not give them real advice, just enough so they think they have it all.
